These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Catalog3D and related services made available by Neuropilot AI, Inc. ("Neuropilot," "we," "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to the Catalog3D website, dashboard, demo widget, generated previews and assets, and other related tools we provide.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Upload malware, malicious code, or infringing material.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, scraping abuse, or disruption.
  • Misrepresent identity, ownership, or rights in submitted content.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Neuropilot a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transform that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.

5. Demo and Evaluation Use

Demo outputs are provided for evaluation and illustration. Generated results may vary by input quality, scene conditions, and system updates.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature or integration.

7. Intellectual Property

Neuropilot and its licensors own the service, software, and related materials, except for third-party content and your submitted content.

8. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on or link to third-party tools and providers. Their terms and policies may apply to your use of those services.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Catalog3D is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuropilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the service.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if use of the service presents security, legal, or operational risk.

12. Updates and Contact
